Rollers 1-5 are for a document printer used in banks. Dreusicke ships the rollers completely assembled as shown.

The document to be printed, such as a savings certificate booklet, is positioned by rollers
no. 1 and 4. These are aluminium rollers coated with molybdaen: high friction, low wear, long life. Diameter tolerance +/- 0.03 mm (OD), axis deviation max. 0.03 mm

Pressure rollers no. 2: rollers covered with a wear-resistant Pebax-ring on a POM core (20% Teflon for easy and low-friction rotation on the shaft).

No. 3: rubber 70 shore A, reliable even at high temperatures (diameter tolerance +/- 0.02 mm OD). The rubber is molded directly onto the steel shaft.

No. 5: High torque transmission because the rubber is molded directly onto the shaft. Economic production at high volume. The rubber has a long life, high friction, and is resistant to wear.

No. 6: Paper guide rollers for the finisher of a copying machine. Electrically conducting 70 shore A rubber. Dreusicke delivers the roller completely assembled.

High torque transmission because the rubber is molded directly onto the shaft. Diameter tolerance +/- 0,03 mm (OD). The rubber has a high compression set and does not leave any marks on the transported paper.

No. 7, 8, 9, 10, 13 and 14 are paper transport and credit card positioning rollers for e.g. scanners.

No. 11 and 12 adjustage rollers for document printers at banks. Keeps the distance between print head and paper at a constant level, e.g. when printing in savings certificate booklets. The rollers have a teflon coating to avoid offset. The rubber has a high compression set.

No. 15, 16 and 17 are platen rollers for impact printers and transport platen rollers in thermoprinters. The rubber is suited for permanent operation at 70°C, has a high elasticity and friction for correct line positioning. An excellent print is guaranteed by narrow tolerances.
