Production

To manufacture rubber rollers and rubber platens in an efficient way, we feature modern production machines such as transfer- and injection-molding, CNC-turning- and CNC-grinding-machines and devices for process and product control. The use of Robot cells lead the way to an efficient production.

Materials

Our feed rollers and pressure rollers are made with rubber types such as Silicone, EPDM, NBR, CR, Natural Rubber or Polyurethane. Also rollers made from foam or cellular rubber belong to our range of products.
